A seventieth birthday. Thirty years of marriage. The night before a wedding, or the evening a family finally gets everyone in one room. These occasions come around rarely enough to be worth doing properly.
Allely Estate gives them somewhere to happen — private grounds, a kitchen and team already on site, and the same care we bring to our largest celebrations.

A villa, gardens and a bar of your own
Arrive through the gates into grounds that are yours for the evening. The heritage villa holds the bar and the warm rooms people drift between; the gardens give everyone somewhere to spill out to; and the marquee sits ready for dinner whenever you want to sit down. No queues, no shared rooms, no closing time at nine.

Cooked here, not carted in
Our commercial kitchen and chefs are on the property, so the food arrives at the table the way it left the pass. Menus are built around your occasion and your people — plated dinners, shared feasts, or canapes that keep everyone standing and talking. Dietary needs and cultural cuisines are handled as a matter of course, not as an exception.

Our private events start from around 40 guests. If your gathering is smaller, talk to us — we are happy to discuss what might work for your occasion.
Yes — your event is the only one on the property. The villa, gardens and marquee are exclusively yours for the evening.
Our liquor licence runs until 1am, so an evening can carry on well past dinner.
Catering and the bar are run by our own team on site, which is how we keep the quality consistent.
